Note About Browsers and Fonts

It turns out that some browsers don't support the FONT tag. This is not just an aesthetic issue: it's a serious problem, because we sometimes need to use Greek letters, which we do by using the "Symbol" font. If your browser does not support this tag, you will not see the letters we intended, which may cause serious confusion.

Below this paragraph, you will see one centered boldface character. If it looks like a triangle (the Greek letter Delta), you can read our papers without any problem. But if it looks like a capital D, that means you won't see any of our Greek letters. In that case, we recommend that you try another browser.
